Ingredients:
- 250 gm sliced mushrooms
- 200 gm chopped french beans
- 100 gm green peas
- 100 gm corn
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon oil
- salt to taste
How to prepare:
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan.
- Add mushrooms,french beans,green peas and corn.
- Steam over medium-high heat until they are tender.
- Add salt and continue to cook until water evaporates.
- Heat remaining oil in an another pan.
- Add cumin seeds,let it splitter,add ginger-garlic paste.
- Stir fry for 2 mints over medium heat.
- Add soya sauce,corn starch,red chili flakes,black pepper,lemon juice and salt.
- Mix them well,now add cooked mushroom vegetables and 3-4 tablespoon water.
- Stir fry for one minute.
- Serve with rice.
