Ingredients :
- 150gm all purpose flour
- 150 gm sugar
- 100 gm melted chocolate
- 100 gm chocolate
- 75 gm melted butter/cooking oil
- 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
How to prepare :
- Preheat an oven to 350 F.
- Separate egg white,add sugar,beat until sugar is dissolved or light fluffy.
- Add all purpose flour,salt,baking powder in a bowl.
- Mix egg yolk,yogurt and butter in an another bowl.Keep aside mixture.
- Alternatively add all purpose flour mixture and egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture.
- Fold mixture until a smooth batter.
- Grease 6 inch square baking tray,pour mixture.
- Bake for 20 mints.
- To check the cake is ready,insert a skewer or knife into the center of cake.
- If it comes out clean,cake is ready,if not,bake for another 5 mints.
- Let the cake cool for 15 mints.
- Cut the cake in half horizontally.
- Pour chocolate on bottom part of cake and place other half on top.
- Now pour chocolate over the cake.
- Add grated chocolate on top.
